Definition-

              As the name suggest the e-commerce is make with the two word .E-commerce means E-electronic and commerce means trending of goods.so we can say that the which we trade the goods and services with the help of electronic medium is called e-commerce.

                                        E-commerce is a transaction of buying and selling on line. E-commerce draws on technologies such as Mobile commerce ,electronic fund transfer, supply chain management,Internet marketing,on line transaction processing, E-payment system etc.
                                               

Business Ethics:- business ethics is a system of moral principals applied in the commercial world.it is a whole new scientific area because it combine law theory and politics as much as philosophies and historical document.


                              ethics is a branch of philosophy the studies what's right and wrong.ethical rule are rules follow in our interactions with other people and in our action that affect other people.
business ethics is concerned with the numerous ethical questions that manage must confront as part of their daily business decision making. manager use several important alternatives when confronted with making ethical decision on business issues.


THERE INCLUDE:-

1. stoke holder theory:- holds that manager are agents of the stoke holders,and their only ethical responsibility is to increase the profits of the business,without violating the law or engaging in fraudulent practise.
2.social contrast theory:- state the companies have ethical responsibility to all members of society which allow corporations to exist based on social contract.
3. stake holder theory :- maintains that manager have an ethical responsibility to manage a firm for the benefit of all of its stake holders ,which are all individuals and group that have a stake in or claim on company.
           their daily business decision making. manager use several important alternatives when confronted with making ethical decision on business issues.
